Brandon Novak, published author of “Dreamseller” an autobiography addiction memoir and star of the popular “Jackass” series and “MTV’s Viva La Bam” feels giving back to the youth of America is important. He’s teaming up with us at Banyan Treatment Center to help those struggling from the often fatal grip of drug and alcohol addiction.
We’re proud to announce that Novak has decided to officially join our crew and will be engaging with struggling addicts through various forms of outreach. His eagerness to help others comes from his own personal experiences that he has battled against for so long.
Unfortunately, (or maybe fortunately?) he has firsthand knowledge of heroin addiction and the inconceivable effects it has on the addict, the addict’s family and almost anyone that comes (directly or indirectly) in contact with them. Novak’s message is primarily targeted to his fans, which consist primarily of teens and young adults. Brandon Novak is in a really unique position to open their eyes to the harsh reality of addiction in a way that is unmatched by others who attempt this type of grassroots approach. We can’t be more excited that he’s decided to use his influence to help crush the disease of addiction.
