Amy has been employed for the past eight years as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University as well as a Master’s degree from Villanova University. Her experience includes working extensively with young adults struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Amy’s areas of expertise include professional supervision, addiction and mental health treatment approaches and therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Strength Based Practice and Motivational Interviewing.

Marie Gaffney was born and raised in New Jersey. After struggling with addiction of her own, she made the choice to change her life around and focus on her recovery and seek treatment in south Florida. Originally, Marie began working as a Behavioral Health Technician at Banyan Pompano, along with hard work and dedication she was promoted to Behavioral Technician Supervisor after relocating to the Banyan Philadelphia. Currently, Marie is the Director of Operations for Banyan Philadelphia. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the individuals that attend our treatment center and finds success establishing a safe and loving work environment for its employees. Marie’s goal is to continue to grow her knowledge in the industry, to continue to help the never ending battle of addiction in the lives of the patients she serves.

Office Manager

Stacy was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey. She got involved with pills in college and unfortunately, became and IV heroin and crack user. After getting sober the first time around, Stacy began in the addiction field as a Business Development Representative in 2012. After a relapse, she officially got clean in 2016 and began working as a Behavioral Health Technician. Aside from working as the lead office manager for Banyan, Stacy is a key speaker for local high schools in New Jersey, for Recovery Advocates. Her favorite part of her job is running groups throughout the week and helping clients, which she’s passionate about because it keeps her grounded. Stacy hopes to return back to school for a degree in business, as well as social work, and use the skills she learns to help combat addiction that is very much prevalent in her own community.

Xiomara Jimenez

Nurse Practitioner

Xiomara Jimenez was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA with a Puerto Rican background. She received a Bachelor’s degree for nursing at Temple University in 2008 and later on received her Master’s from La Salle University in 2018. Although Xiomara has not first handedly been affected by drug abuse, she has witness the affects it has made on the lives of both friends and family. Xiomara began her career has a Nurse Practitioner working in PHP and IOP level of care for substance use disorders, while simultaneously running a Sub Oxone maintenance program. She then went on to helping women and children who suffered from mental health and substance use disorders. Growing up in North Philadelphia, she witnessed the destruction drugs and alcohol had on the community as well as the impact it had on the families involved and believed how one helping hand could provide the necessary courage and make all the difference in an individual’s life.

Cassandra McCullough was born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Immaculata University in 2016 where she earned a double Bachelor's in Social Work and Sociology. She then received a Master's in Social Work at West Chester University in 2018. Cassandra began working in the addiction field in 2018, specializing in mental health and substance abuse crisis. Although it was extremely challenging for her, she has always found helping recovery victims very rewarding. She is a firm believer in helping others see their strength and worth, and feels lucky that she can do that every day at Banyan. She loves celebrating both the minor and major milestones of the patients and encouraging them that the progress that they make daily makes for a better tomorrow.

Tracie DeLuca is a Case Manager who has been with the Banyan Philadelphia team since its grand opening in 2018. She began her journey to recovery in 2002 and has remained sober ever since. She began working and found her passion in the addiction field in 2013 and continues to be a dynamic member in society as well as a beacon of hope for others still struggling. Tracie began her career as a Behavioral Health Technician and was commendably promoted to her current position as a Case Manager. Tracie enjoys the process in supporting individuals through their start in recovery and believes in strengthening their confidence and self-worth in hopes to improve their chance in a successful recovery.

Cara is the Alumni coordinator for Banyan Clearbrook and Banyan Philadelphia. Her journey began as being a patient of Clearbrook in 2017 and as she calls it, “the client that never left”. After completing treatment at Clearbrook, she came back as a day patient for a little over 8 months. Cara began her employment at Clearbrook working in the kitchen during the day, and as a behavioral health technician at night. Today, she has worked her way up and is now the Alumni Coordinator for the entire state of Pennsylvania. Being an Alumni of the program has made the job more rewarding to her. Cara loves being able to be part of others recovery and sober support.

Aimee Page was born and raised in Bucks County, PA. She graduated with a Master’s degrees in Community and Trauma Counseling. Aimee initially began with Banyan as a practicum student before accepting a full time position as a therapist. Initially, she began working in the addiction field owning her own staffing agency, providing employment to former addicts who were in recovery. She witnessed the need for multiple interventions and resources in order for a person to be successful, as they entered their journey through recovery. Aimee is a huge believer in the maxim “teaching someone how to fish, rather than giving them a fish” and is passionate about restoring hope in the lives of the patients as well as their families. Her main goal here at Banyan is making a positive impact on the patients and their families.

Kevin Craner grew up in Southeastern Pennsylvania. A person in long - term recovery and product of Intervention himself, Kevin began his recovery journey in South Florida. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, a Master's Degree in Health Administration, and a Doctorate in Education. Kevin is a certified intervention professional (CIP), certified family recovery specialist (CFRS), and certified recovery specialist (CRS). Over the past several years, Kevin has developed and managed family support and intervention programs. Kevin has worked with thousands of families to help them overcome addiction. His goal is to meet families where they are at, and work towards achieving long - term recovery.
