Veteran & Active-Duty Family Support Services

Substance abuse is a growing problem among the military and veterans in the United States. Many members of the military often suffer from long-lasting physical injuries and mental health problems after returning home from deployment. Our military and veterans' family support services program is designed to educate the people closest to our veterans about the road to recovery and to offer information on the disease of addiction.

Supportive Services for Military Families

The road to recovery does not have to be a lonely one for our veterans. At Banyan Treatment Centers, we have support services for military families so they can have a better understanding of the trials and tribulations that come from struggling with addiction or mental health after returning from deployment.

It can be difficult, if not impossible, for a veteran and military service member to recover from addiction without the support of their families and loved ones. Our drug rehabilitation center makes continuous efforts to include family members of those in recovery from start to finish.

Military & Veterans' Family Support Programs

At Banyan Treatment Centers, we offer veterans, service members, and their families the assistance needed during an extremely difficult time. Our military and veteran drug treatment centers have a wide range of veteran support sessions and programs, including:

  • Group Family Meetings
  • Family Addiction Education and Support Groups
  • Individual Therapy Sessions

Mental Health and Drug Rehab Programs for Veterans and Families

Attending the Banyan veterans family support services program offers active-duty members and ex-military who are in addiction recovery along with their loved ones the opportunity to repair broken bonds that were damaged by their addictions. Repairing broken bonds provides a chance to build new and positive relationships that can help enhance the lives of our United States military and veterans.

Another one of our active-duty and veterans' family support services programs includes individual therapy sessions. For those on the road to recovery, this is an opportunity to explore the dysfunctional family dynamics that may be the underlying cause for some of our substance abuse or mental health issues and address them for the first time in a new way.
