Tiger Woods Has Major Comeback At The Masters After 11 Years

Tiger Woods has overcome so much in his 43 years of life.

He had crashed his car in 2009, his infidelity was aired out publicly, he was arrested for a DUI and sought inpatient treatment out of state twice and had four back surgeries. This all lead to his hiatus from professional golf, with many saying that his days of being a pro golfer were over.

Tiger achieved so much at such a young age and now, his career was thought of as being finished; that it was a part of history. Fast forward to April 15th of this year, Woods won the masters again (his first win in 11 years). This win has been called “one of the greatest comebacks in golf history”. Tiger took to Instagram to share two images of his victory with the caption that read, “I can’t thank my family, friends and fans enough for their support. Having my family by my side today is something I will never forget. To not only be able to play again, but to be able to win again, is something I will forever be grateful for. This jacket sure is comfortable”.

The staff here at Banyan Treatment Centers are so proud of Tiger for this accomplishment and are inspired by his persistence to succeed. Tiger’s comeback and achievement goes to show that no matter what, you, too, can overcome any obstacle and come out on top. You can better yourself for you and your family.
